Zendfast is an app for customers and couriers allowing them to manage parcel deliveries in an easy, efficient and user friendly way. The customer can request a parcel delivery, be notified with the courier’s details and the pickup time, and track the progress of the parcel online. The app allows couriers to manage their time and choose the deliveries they want to make.

Couriers are notified as soon as a customer requests parcel delivery. A courier can choose to accept the job and the app will help get them to the pickup point. The customer will be notified of the courier’s details and once the courier picks up the parcel, the app will help take courier to the delivery address and allow him to confirm the delivery.

Couriers can also see a list of all available jobs to choose from in case they missed earlier notifications.
